"Home Daily" means you will be doing night shifts correct

Some of these local horror stories are pretty depressing to hear. I just wonder why they settled for that? I understand the quality of local work is mostly dependent on your area.

My area is pretty good local. In fact, you’d be nuts to go OTR in this area. There’s way too many gravy local runs that pay double what OTR pays. A persons local experience is pretty much a factor of their area. That’s just the way it usually goes

 

If I was to go back to true local I'd be working for a construction company and not making the same money to owning my own truck but the same as being a company driver. Wish I would've known that 20 years ago
