I have heard mixed things about the Home Depot account out of Valdosta, GA. I am looking for current drivers on the account for more information, I am currently doing dollar general. I don't plan to switch unless it's really really worth it. If you have any info let me know. Thanks

I'm not with Werner, but I was on a dedicated Home Depot account for almost 4 years. It wasn't too bad, but the stores kept adding nitpicky little tasks onto our drops. A pain, but steady and predictable work. HD stores are crappy about maintaining an obstruction-free truck dock, though. They will store all their extra gardening crap, old shelving, and broken carts where you're supposed to be backing your rig.

When I was with Schneider we went from DC to the store alot, I think with Werner it is mostly deliveries to the DC.

If you were just to deliver to the DCs, that's not so bad. It's the stores that make it crappy. The DCs just sometimes take a million years to get trucks checked in or out.

Agree and some of those stores around Atlanta are something else to get to. I especially remember one , I think was around the Peachtree area you had to get there late at night.
