Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

Miles you drive may give you around 60% or so…give or take…of the money you earn each week. The rest is activities. Every stop, drop, hook, load or unload, waiting for things, sleeping in the truck, etc…you get paid for all of it. And it adds up quickly.
DrewTN and truckdriver31 Thank this. -
truckdriver31 Thanks this.

When I look at what I earn each week, I simply take what I've earned and either divide it by the miles I've driven, or divide by the hours I worked. That gives me a rough calculation of my true cpm or hourly wage.
This past week, I made roughly .80 cpm or $35.00 an hour.
If I were to total just miles, and only look at that number...then you'd be comparing that mileage total with regular OTR drivers. That simply doesn't translate to the way WM pays. Again, you have to look at what WM pays for the entire week of work, not just miles. When you do that, you see that WM pays very well.laaylor, gentleroger, Turbodriven and 1 other person Thank this. -
