Thanks so much for the information you provided... it explains a lot to me. My conditional offer letter indicates $.49/mile, and I was scratching my head wondering HOW that translates to annualized earnings of $80k+. I didn’t want to ask the recruiter (embarrassed), and because I “trust” what the WM website indicates as average earnings for first year drivers. I’m sure I’ll learn all that information if I make it to orientation on November 1st in SC.
