Hotshot under someone elses authority

    I'm an Excavating contractor and thought about running a few loads when work was slow. I have my own authority, however I have never used it. I was hoping to run under someone else's authority and insurance. I can't justify the 10k/ year cargo insurance just to work part time. Any suggestiobs where to look for someone to take me on?
