How bad is a CHP warning tied to a Level 3 inspection?

Got stopped by CHP in California for doing 65 in a 55 in a CMV. Officer gave me a warning instead of a citation and did a Level 3 inspection. No HOS violations or anything else.
What I found interesting is that on the inspection report he only listed my name, company info, and truck info. I don’t think my CDL/license number was written anywhere on it.
How bad is something like this realistically for PSP/CSA/employment? First time dealing with this situation.

A warning really depends on the company. I've seen drivers canned over a warning and I've seem other situations where a warning blows over like a fart in the wind.

The warning was for the 10 over, but clean inspection, correct?

    If YES, you’re good.

Would you mind telling us about the speed trap…was Smokey hiding, rolling incognito in traffic or what?

What is written in the Violations section? I think that is the only thing entered into PSP.

No idea where this guy came from, it’s almost like he materialized from thin air. one second I was listening to my podcast then I look at my mirror and see the berries and cherries.

I got one of these from a 25-year-old boy scout in Colorado: 67 in a 65 (yes, he wrote me a warning for 2 over) and failure to maintain lane. The latter was apparently because I had started to pass a car going about 55 when he lit me up, so I moved back to the right to get to the shoulder. Nothing on my record, but the company used it as an excuse to take away a $1400 quarterly bonus.

Then there shouldn't be anything on CSA/PSP to be concerned about. But your company will still see the warning for speeding when you turn(ed) in the report to them.
