Well, I've never had a brand new truck out of the factory. And I probably never will. And TA Petro certainly does not account for such subtleties when they do their sloppy ### alignments on my 800k mile cascadia.

The higher CG makes trucks much more susceptible to the gradiant. I'm a carhauler, and we feel it even more than most because of the side loads from the car over the hood.

I think for me I tend to hug the right side of the right lane because people that pass me have issues staying in their own lane (the left lane).

I’ve had a few pull left, though it’s rare.

The suggested alignment specs are set to accommodate for a crown in the road, to combat a right pull. On flat ground it would pull to the left if anything. I’ve had mine set without the compensating effect. In other words dead straight on. Didn’t notice any pull at all either way. It shouldn’t pull at all with proper alignment and good tires. Sometimes a new steer tire will have what’s called a tire pull. Usually swapping sides fixes it. If not, turning it around on the rim. If still pulling, swap them again. If still pulling, tire needs to go.

In all my edunundcation. I was allways taught to align them with a slight pull to the right. Your looking for a 1/2 mile and drift right. Not a hard pull. But its exactly for if a driver falls asleep.

Well, it's hard for me to quit the company that I work for that runs freightliners. Because I, umm, own it. And I'm not rich enough to buy anything else quite at this point
