Proved I did not fall asleep, which is how they were trying to minimize their liabilities. Proved I was not on a cell phone, proved I was not doing anything except paying attention to driving when there steering failed, Also proved I did not hit anything, Cameras don't leave home with out it.

Everyone says that. Do you realize you are simply getting revenge on some poor saps at a 3rd party? Somewhere in Los Angeles there is a floor full of “driver monitors” making minimum wage watching driver’s #####. They will have PTSD by the time they quit DriveRight.

What would be sweet is if they hired freelancers to monitor the cameras. You could get a job monitoring yourself. Oops, gonna need to definitely delete that footage there (spread axle parking lot destruction).

We have them where I work. I dont care for them but I need a job. I just ignore it and I've never heard a word about it.

We have them. Haven't given them a second thought since day two. Ours are not live. They record on a ScanDisc SD Card that is inside the camera. Actually, I can take mine out whenever I want to. Its accessible. Ours also record over every two days. They are only looked at if you are involved in an accident. They then take the card out and look up the time of the event and watch it. There is audio too. I saw one a week or so ago in the Safety Managers Office. A driver was in an accident and he swore the car came over and hit him. Pulled the disc, and yup they did. He went back to work and they told the other drivers insurance company to come on down for the show. Ill take this over On Gard and the lane system any day of the week.

Tough. They should’ve thought of that before going to work there.

    This argument is totally backwards.

Why should the burden of proof be on you to prove you were NOT doing anything?
