How difficult is it to find good-paying loads or expedite as hot-shot w/F450

    Title

    Will have my CDL's at the end of July. As of now will be looking to hire on w/a company. Many great one's out there. But also if I could run my own gig that would be ideal. I hear easiest place to look is on load boards but those don't always pay reasonably. Plus it's an F450 (goose or fifth) and is maxed at 30-32k trailer weight or 15-20k item weight (somewhere around there .. not exactly)
