I am looking to expand and make regional runs. So there is home time here and there. But how do I find drivers?

That is the million dollar question sir.....if the frieght apocalypse stArts soon they should be easier to find , but you are going to have to be able to convince a person that has everything on the line that you can deliver, and as a small fleet guy myself that is sometimes easier said then done . My current drivers are my best salesman and my turnover is zero.

Depends - What kind of drivers are you looking for?
How much experience do want them to have?
    Where must they live?
How much are you going to pay them?
How will you pay them - mileage,% or hourly?
Are you paying them on a W-2 or 1099?
    What type of equipment?
    How many miles a week?
    Any health benefits?
    Any vacation time?
    Minimum days out?
    How old are your trucks?
    Orientation - yes or no?
    Orientation pay?

"Home time here and there"? Lol. Might not be the best way to put it if your trying to find drivers. You can put an ad in the jobs section here.

Search online for jobs as if you were looking for a trucking job. A few popular sites should come up, including Craigslist.

I hear there are benefits like "if you work you might get compensated".
