How does CRE treat non-accident related probations w/ accident?

Pretty much straight foward. I tore off my trucks bumper on something backing up to park for the night. Already reported it and they said it was cosmetic damage and to go to a TA or Loves to get it latched back on. I'm on a 12-month probation for a speeding ticket I got in Nov invovling 15+ in an active work zone. I was told the company treats accidents differently to speeding and that it shouldn't affect my probation. I was wondering if there is anyone who has worked for them, or knows their current policy well enough to confirm? Safety is out for the weekend, so I am trying to figure out.

 

For context, i have been driving them for goingpn 3 years. I was a school bus driver before that, and I had gone 20 years without a speeding ticket or accident that resulted in any citation or ticket.

My manager has called me a dependable driver, and the ticket was the only thing keeping me from diver of the year.
