Been seeing lots of job advertisements pop up for North Dakota advertising 70k-100k+ a year, 23-30+ an hour with overtime, are things really kicking off up there again?
I'm going to apply for a few today, I've hauled frac sand up there before, but going to try and land a water hauling job this time around.
How is North Dakota right now for those actually working up there?

I was just up in Dickinson 2 weeks ago delivering to Halliburton. The operator that I talked to said that alot of their crews are still on standby.
I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as it was. But it's still been real slow to ramp upkogaFX Thanks this. -

I don't know about North Dakota but I'm in SWPA working steady. I got my CDL in spring 2015 after the bust and I'm not making as much money or getting the benefits I had during the boom as an non CDL laborer. At least it's a paycheck and it still beats OTR. Lots of places hiring water bottle drivers here, but for $15-17 instead of $20-22

Those were good days. The.most I made was hauling water and fuel in ND. Pennsylvania paid peanuts.
