You better get get 26 to 81 to 77 to 64 to US 35 to Chillicothe. The route I just spit out has mountains but to take those windy roads through VA and KY, I dont recommend it. At 20k you should breeze through my recommended route.

The_Great_Corn and truckdriver31 Thank this. -
23 goes nowhere near Bland Va.
I've done it with 44K, daytime.Huntington WVa south.
mostly 4 lane with small towns and some sharp curves.
you will actually have to drive the truck. just pay attention. -

This was a good drive. Some decent climbs and a little sketchy curves in VA and the beginning of KY, but nice and peaceful after that. Four lanes divided the whole way. Would go this way again if I had to make this decision again.
The_Great_Corn, Last Time Around and bryan21384 Thank this. -
I wouldn’t consider it truck friendly but if I gotta to there, then I gotta go there.
2 stretches of roads that are on my black list. US 30 E, coming from i76 E In PA. And the dreaded Vermont route 9.The_Great_Corn Thanks this. -
