    There is a fuel stop at the top of pound gap. Not really a truck stop. And 23 isn’t the worst stretch of road

    I grew up in Portsmouth OH just south of Chillicothe and 23 runs right through town. Pretty country, just don't pull over to talk with the locals. They may grab you by the ear and want to hear you squeal like a pig.
