I got my CDL on June 30, prior to this date I had passed my Hazmat Endorsement test and Paid the fee with the TSA. I got a email on June 7 stating that the TSA that stated,

"This notification serves as determination that you meet the eligibility requirements to hold an HME, as set forth in 49 C.F.R. section 1572.15(d)(1). TSA will notify the licensing state of this determination."

Its been over 2 months, I just did an online check of my K4 driving history with the CA dmv and it shows that I am not approved to carry hazmat materials. How long does this take? Is there something wrong? I have not gotten any mail from the CA DMV telling me I have been disqualified or approved.

TSA approved you, but it sounds like California has not updated their system. You might need to speak to somebody at the DMV to find out when their system will reflect your approval.
