I thought I've read about truckers who lease on with 11+ companies and always have a reload as a result. I believe the answer is your only allowed to lease with one company, however whats to stop you from removing your stickers and applying the alternative lease company when hauling a reload for them? I own a 1 ton truck, what is the secret to ensuring the best odds of a reload on your way back?

    No.

It depends on your contract and how they allow it to take place. Many companies (at least the ones I deal with) will not allow a second company to be used.

So basically what you're asking is how to get away with something that is unethical, if not illegal. Not sure if you'd want to take the advice of someone who is willing to publicize how they do that, as opposed to keeping it to themselves.

such a ignorant answer Chris. learn this side of the business and you will see a 1 ton hauling a 53 foot trailer makes more than a semi. will have my cdl by next week to get a "real" load. I could give a #### about comparing #### sizes I care about comparing bank roll.

do you have any numbers for those costs? is this a option the smarter haulers do? I don't want to be a part of the cattle in Indiana, want to work smarter and always secure a reload.
