How often do you eat junk food while on the road?

    My cheat day is Sunday. I love burgers and pizza, so I go crazy on Sunday. The other 6 days I starve, only fruits, veggies, whole bread and beans. And some low fat yogurt and fat free milk :(

    I started a ketogenic diet in late March and am down 44 pounds (312 to 268) in just 4 months.

    I’m not selling anything and don’t want anyone’s money but by eliminating carbohydrates (potatoes/pasta) and sugar (soda) you can lose weight - quickly.

    I know… a genuine fat ###. I knew people who were 400+ and their body was a prison.

    I dropped 30 pounds in a month and the rest has slowly come off all by skipping sugar. There’s no such thing as an essential carbohydrate.

    Everything has sugar, even lettuce. No need for more sugar.
    BTW, how could you pass your physical with 312 lbs? How come your blood pressure wasn't messed up?

    I gave up over eating. I just don't eat a lot anymore. I did remove a lot from what I eat over time. I don't eat pork, beef, or fried chicken. I stop drinking soda. This is many years ago. I occasionally have sweet tea or ice cream. I'm at 6'1 at 200. My biggest thing is how is what I'm eating helping me. It is challenging to find quality food when you don't grow it yourself with all the modifications the "greedy folks do for profits. What is really "junk" food anymore? When the food we thought was good isn't good any longer. All the best from your plate to mine:D:D

    My blood pressure was always fine. Different bodies handle things differently. Look at COVID. Some people croak immediately and some have no reaction whatsoever.

    Good for you.

    I quit bread potatoes pasta and rice here a while back. I only dropped 10 lbs, but noticed the bloated feeling went away, and I feel a little better. Lost inches in waist, clothes fit better.

    No soda, and very little junk food.
