How often do you eat junk food while on the road?

I just ordered the extra large Panda Express plate off of Uber eats. Brought that 4500 calorie mean right to my truck within 30 minutes. I ate the whole thing! Lol food coma time!

does that count as junk food? Usually I do try and eat healthy and cook my own meals but every once in a while after a long crap day of driving I just want to scarf down something comforting and filling

Not to bring up a gross subject, but a real one I recently discovered if you’re not careful, is it can very easily get backed up out here. If you know what I mean. You’re driving all day and you realize it’s four or five in the afternoon and all you’ve drank is a cup of coffee. No water. Probably ate some cheese and other stoppers. Couple days later next thing you know you find yourself sitting on the pot feeling like you’re trying to give birth to a baby elephant. I learned that lesson the hard way out here. WATER! And fruit. Every day! Lol

I only eat the stuff if I absolutely have no other option and have no choice, personally I have not eaten fast food for so many years I've forgotten when was the last time I ate the stuff, my guess is about 3 years.

I no longer do. I'm on a rather strict diet that allows for no junk! I also watch my sodium intake! Those buffets are loaded with processed veggies. Actually I have to maintain 100% control over my blood sugar.

The below is a screenshot I just took of my Dexcom CGM. If My sugar levels rise much over 135 I can get some gosh-awful seizures! Just a quick note. I recently switched my service from Metro to Verizon.

Still eat way too much. Go on the wagon now for long periods from pizza and spaghetti.

Fruits and veggies are a must. Still eat a truckload of meat.

I had a complete physical done last December and my blood work came back and the doctor asked me if I was a vegan.

Almost laughed him out of the room. I asked him," You mean like the pound of bacon I had before I came over here?"

I think your genetic make-up has a lot to do with things.

Want to do something good for yourself......throw away the tobacco and alcohol.
