To rig up the electric dump valve. I'm asking, I guess I would have to run another pigtail?

No modern truck comes wired that way, the center pin is always hot for ABS, turn it off you lose your ABS which is a DOT violation. Mines wired with the yellow cord but I’ve never hooked one up.

    SAR Thanks this.

I don't have any dump valve now. Just a spread with a sliding front axle. All controls are on trailer, nothing in cab.

Hard to believe that old of a premium Ravens trailer does not have one, every Ravens I ever been around came factory with an electric dump.

The older ones were wired to the center pin of the connector. When ABS came out they started wiring then to a stand alone connector.

Now if the trailer does not have ABS and the last owner was pulling with an ABS tractor, then the tractor center pin is for the trailer ABS. If that is the case the last owner may have just clipped the trailer center pin wire,

Like I said, every Ravens I was around had an electric dump. That air operated manual curb dump was an option. In any case get the electric dump and if it was mine I would replumb the other valve making it dump all 4 bags. (that comes in extremely handy)

There’s only 7 and they’re all used for something, ground, stop, left turn, right turn, tail lights, clearance lights and constant power. Yellow cord should be the same with 1 of the pins being bigger.

    SAR and Oxbow Thank this.

A trailer without ABS would be pretty old.

    SAR and Oxbow Thank this.

It’s a 97 truck and 95 trailer. No ABS that I know of.
