My company pays OTR drivers a bonus if they get over 10,000 miles in a calander month... And I can tell you from experience you almost have to TRY to NOT get 10k miles. I averaged about 12,500 miles a month. A short month was like 9,500 miles, a long month was over 14,000.

Hell I got over 10k last month doing local/regional.

My company does zip code to zip code. Usually its not TOO far off but it has been way off on short trips. Drop in Monee IL and pick up in Plainfield. About 58 miles driving, 19 miles paid.

@Lennythedriver you need to get out of that place and drive for a carrier that isn't a POS. Simple as that. You have what like 3 years or so experience and a clean record. You can pretty much write your own ticket. Tons of good companies would love to have you right now especially with the workforce shortage.

Your making lateral moves, make a step up
