I own a semi truck and I will be leasing out to an LLC (A friend) for side money. He will cover the insurance, fuel and maintenance. I have no idea what kind of power of attorney to use or where to file. I was looking for help here.
Thanks so much

Why should I sell the truck? It is for a flat rate and I know the person. You never answered the question. I would really like to know what kind of power of attorney do I need and do I need to file anything with the TDL?

The truck would never sell in this market so I would just sit here

Simply find a good business attorney and they'll set you up.
Rule #1, don't ask a bunch of truck drivers for legal advice.
