Ok fellas, Im an Owner Operator. I won a vehicle on ebay and thought about going to get it myself. But, Im flatbed and the guy I won it from doesn't know of a dock where I can drive it onto my flatbed.

So…..Ive been looking online to have it transported. I got like a zillion quotes ranging from $500-$900 bucks. How do I cut through all of the hoops and just find a company to take it? I don't know any reputable companies because I don't know much about car hauling. And as I drive down the road I really don't pay much attention to car haulers…….

This is what I'm seeing…… say I have a quote for $550. They want $150 up front and the rest COD…….. Im assuming that the 1st $150 is a broker fee paid directly to broker. And the $400 is for the carrier>>>???? I don't know the car hauling game….

Hire a car tow truck then drive car onto flatbed. I've done it a few times. If tow truck isn't high enough find an incline or put boards down for tow truck.
