Im in a 2009 Volvo. The bunk heater has wires running up to the control panel in the bunk area, but there is no switch for it. It is just the thermostat controls for when the truck is running and a digital clock. How do I turn the bunk heater on? Would call someone at Swift but Ill get a faster, more intelligent response here.

    Lol
no idea what the op looks like, but if he looks anything like me a striptease might as well turn the bunk heater of indefinitely. Or make it roll on the floor laughing its wires out.

Press the 'Menu' button (more than once) until you come to 'Heat'
Press the 'On/Off' button once, then press the 'Set' button.

Same thing to turn it off.

Then set the thermostat knob to get the desired temp.

    Pathetic.

A simple question usually only requires a simple answer.

My new prostar won't run the bunk heater while the key is turned to the right. Kinda sucks. Takes about half an hr to warm up too.... My old prostar was nice... You could have that heater on till you wanted it off... Turn it on while truck was warmin up... That way you won't freeze while waiting. Also other prostar had he per urine Cummings ISX... More power!!!
