I-5 WA to CA mg(LA)

I-5 has tons of stops on it that have truck parking or you can walk from the TS. Stop and pick up a copy of the book Next Exit any TS has them. It will tell you what is at any exit from the interstates.

 

pollard flat at exit 712 i think it is just north or redding ca has tons of parking and has great food.

 

better yet. download mydattruckstop. it's free and tells you everything the book does. and lists everything within a 150 mile radius.

or you can go to truckmiles.com. plot your route and find all truckstops along the way.

 

Last time I was by there the lot was full of dirt piles and UPS trailers. Foods good so worth the stop if you can get in.

 

The Oasis Grill next to the Dunnigan Pilot in Northern California. Also there is a little restaurant next to the Pilot in Salem Oregon. The restaurant at the 49'er Pilot in Sacramento is a very good place to eat and there is a Black Bear Cafe across the street.

 

they got rid of alot of the grindings so the parking is back. i actually stopped in there last week and it was good food

Rugerfan beat me to it. Pollard flats is by far my favorite place to stop. It is about 40 miles north of Redding.
