Nitro exit is exit 45.
East bound get off exit 28 or exit 34.
Exit 28 turn right, go to 2nd light and turn left on route 60. Follow to exit 54 and get back on I-64.
Exit 34: turn right, go to light and turn right, stay straight about a mile and you will come down a little grade to a light, make a left at that light on route 60 and just follow it to exit 54 and get back on I-64…..
I-64 in WV shut down both directions at exit 44-45….
