    doesn't say what time of day or night it happened. if very early in the AM, i'd suspect falling asleep, or maybe a tire failure?

    It happened in the middle of the day. And in the comment sections from people that witnessed it, the driver was run off the road by another vehicle.

    IDK,the drivers side mud flap and bracket still look good,maybe the driver side rear axle tires and wheels. Might also be possible to salvage the fifth wheel!lol
