    I believe Earth is about that age.

    I used to believe in that millions and billions of years bull crap, but the more you look at it, the less it makes sense.

    First off, how does one know the difference what happened a billion years ago versus what happened 900 million years ago?

    Then I discovered the biblical reason for the millions of years nonsense.

    Satan tries desperately to be opposite of Jesus and His word in every way; and to diminish His handiwork.

    Jesus created the Earth in six days and rested on the seventh.
    The opposite is that is to say it took billions and millions of years to create the Earth as it is now.

    And there are a hundred more examples of how Satan twists things 180 degrees.

    When I look to my left I see this...

    How long does it take for the dirt to run off that montian to create such a long foothill? No to mention how long it took the river at the bottom to cut things out that deep. What about the grand canyon?

    You know about the farmers that dump old concrete or old cars in river bends so the river dosen't wash away the land? What are that trying to prevent but maybe 10' feet of erosion in their entire lifetime. Even if we consider 50' of erosion per 100 years it doesn't match up to what we can see in the landscape around us.
