Tanker exploded. Several vehicles involved including other trucks, all lanes are shut down. Just passed it going east. East bound one lane through way backed up for miles. Doesn't look good. Not good at all.

Must be this area of interest near Fremont perhaps. Doesn't appear to be near any interchange when zooming in. Probably in one of those many miles of 55 mph construction zone where 1 of 3 lanes is removed, but there hasn't been any work there since last Fall. The mostly unnecessary reduced speed builds up miles and miles of high speed bumper-to-bumber truck traffic in the right lane. I hate driving across there during peak traffic periods. Almost worth it to avoid the toll road.

tucker Thanks this. -
All lanes were open. It was entering or close to entering Sandusky county east or leaving west a couple miles behind a service plaza east. Didn't see mile markers to reference. It wasn't very far after from Michigan border. Not crazy close but not to far in.

Honestly I have no idea why Ohio carging drivers for that toll road , from Toledo to Youngstown, it's one endless 55MPH construction zone, like cmon... Repair everything first and then charge us!
Mattflat362 and bzinger Thank this. -
Only section of the ohtp I run anymore is from the Indiana line to exit 110 , then I run 4 and 2 into Cleveland .
I'm so fed up with the Indiana toll road now I just run 94 and 20 or 49 and 30.
They have become the loves of toll roads ...not worth the hassle .Petty Cash, dunchues and Mattflat362 Thank this. -
