Rinse, repeat. Rinse, repeat. Rinse, repeat.
It goes on and on, they never get it. My dad had eight brothers and two things he said to me stuck with me. Don’t do business with family. Then he said it again.
I am looking into investing in trucking(oil field) any advice?

Who you do business with is your business, but right now I’d definitely hold off on starting a business related to oil.
Be a great time to get discounted equipment if you have the cash and storage space though. Have everything ready to go when it kicks back off.Crude Truckin' and Brettj3876 Thank this. -
Yep oilfield is dead slow by me in the Marcellus region. Here in northeast pa i only see Halliburton running maybe 2 diff fracs and drilling is pretty much dead right now

Halliburton has parked a few pieces of equipment in Duncan.
86scotty, SL3406, Crude Truckin' and 9 others Thank this. -
I would never go in business with a family member. Recipe for disaster. And I also don’t understand everyone’s desire to run the oil fields. It’s so hit and miss, I can’t imagine making it work full time

Most of those trucks cost 1 to 1.5 million .
They don’t do any big repairs in the field, they just send another one and bring the broken one back to Duncan.Brettj3876 Thanks this.
