I cannot remove the alternator belt on a 2012 Volvo 670 D12

    I have removed the fan belt but for some reason i cannot remove the A\C belt, it is off of the tensioner but I'm not sure which way to go after that as i have tried all reasonable ways to take it off, can any one help me out? i sure would appreciate it, ( I have looked for videos on this but they all show you how to remove it from the pulley,but not how to take it off completely. Thanks for any and all help.

    On most engines you will need to thread it through and over each individual fan blade on your cooling fan until it comes off.

    Installing the new belt is the reverse of removal.

    It may help to post some pictures of the dilemma you are having.
