    Today morning while turning around at a receiver I backed up and hit parked trailer. Made a nice hole in it too!
    Will I get fired from my East European 1099 company? Will it go on my record? And the most important question, WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR REPAIR ???
    I am so upset now !!!

    They might be obligated to let you go in order to keep their insurance rates down (if you'll now be viewed as high risk), it will go on your DAC and the insurance company should pay.

    They did see me and closed the gate.Had to give them my license and insurance.Pictures were taken and all that.

    If that company uses DAC services then he's it will go on your record.Pay for damages I dont have an answer for that.Read your policy hand book.I know some companies will charge the drivers.

    If they fire you - there are plenty of " less than perfect" company's that will hire you by the end of the week.
    You can start with the ones that have the word "express" in their name
