    I started o/o with new truck leasing before 1 year 6 month, but I don't wanna do anymore.
    Do I have any way to escape in trucking industry without risk?
    In fact, company boss is owning my truck, and he want me to transper truck on my name now.

    In other words your Boss no longer can afford or wants the bills associated with feeding, care of, fueling, tires, payroll, withholding etc. HE wants OUT and get to leave you holding the bag with one little signature.

    Sign the truck to him and walk away, it's his truck. Don't let him screw you over. Find a lawyer and discover the best and most painless way to make this happen under your laws. Dissolving your Company (You personally etc) would be one path.

    seek out a lawyer that does contractual obligations.

    good luck to you, and expect to still pay some monies. like maybe the lawyers fee's, and other associated fee's you still owe on.
