I've had issues with things falling through the cracks at CFI. I'm not sure if it was a trainee issue or that some office staff didn't get trained enough. I found CFI to be a mixed bag. There's lots of disorganization there (probably because of all of the mergers) and then there are some really good people trying to untangle the mess and do what's right. Like so many other companies, you hear "it hasn't always been this way" a lot. When I left, I made sure to leave on good terms. CFI is the first place that I ever worked where I liked my dispatcher and I never know if I might ever decide to go back.

Are still within Time frame....if You don't get it by first Two weeks of March 2018 then send and Email to the "Top dog" of the Company or even better a "certified letter".

I did "some time" with CFI, back when the "Old man" was there, before the "Big Tornado". CFI was then a Good Co. to work for. I don't know Today.....but I have friends that still drive for them.......No complains. I'm sure your W2 is "traveling" to its Final destination. "Patience is a Virtue"....Happy Trails...!!!

 

Perhaps you can check online and print out a copy of your W-2 form.
