Depends on the 5th wheel spacing. Mine is about 500lbs, yours is ~350. The good news is once you set the 5th wheel, you shouldn't have to move it again as long as you're pulling the same trailer.

Maintenance boss man told me to keep the 5th wheel where it was first... all the way to the back... So.. when I drop this trailer, will move it back to where it was... In this company, all the trailers I have pulled have the 5th wheel all the way back.... I don't like it... In my former company, I used to have the pin right in the middle of the drives... and the front edge of the trailer would be right on top of the splash guards... It felt better that way to back and maneuver around...

12,120 is not overweight on the steers in all but 4 states. Most tire ratings allow you about 12.300 on the steers. Most companies drill it into your head that over 12K is overweight because they keep it simple to the average trucker who dosent know any better....34k + 34k = 68K...which leaves 12K on the steers to be legal. All legal axle weights are in your atlas. Besides you'll burn that off in fuel fairly easily. Also over 34K is legal in a few states as well.

Now if those weights were with a 1/4 tank of fuel or less it's a different story.
