Now that the charging system is fixed. Time for a quick PM.

 

The fedex hub is across the street from that TA. I'm sure I will be spending a few hours at the hub or TA tonight.

 

Things worked out good. Desperately needed a shower so I stopped at the Frystown PA Flying J and the #### line was 10 deep at noon....turns out Ms. @Rocks ended up at the same place I was gonna try and shower at so headed there. Had a good chat with Rocks, got my shower and gonna wait another 20 minutes to let traffic die down to finish up the 90 miles I have left.

 

Nice to see you again Mr. FatDaddy... As you and I could see, this Pilot is becoming a Zoo... seems it's full to capacity and folks still coming...
Atlas here started moving stuff from one big truck to another smaller truck right next to Mr. FatDaddy as soon as he got ready to leave... and small Atlas truck hit the mirror of another truck also trying to leave... I am glad Mr. FatDaddy was able to leave with no scratch...

At the West Bound Amsterdam, NY service area on the Thruway. Delivering to the Walmart DC in Marcy, NY tomorrow. I could have gone farther but after fighting traffic all the way up 287 and high tailing it up here, I decided to camp out here as I'm tired and hungry. Parked between two TMC flatbed trucks. Had a chat with one of the drivers. He was hoping a non reefer was going to overnight in that spot. I told him it was his lucky day, lol.

I think they have me picking up at Camden Wire in Camden, NY and just wanted a little run to cover the deadhead.

The lil Roadys in Tuscola IL. Run bout 40 miles up the road, unload, reload then boogie back south. Ain't no tellin where I may be Monday yet. Nothing appealing so far.

 

Wait a minute... I don't know why... but I though you had a way to contact him... maybe it was my imagination.... I hope he is doing ok...
