i wanna start a trucking company that pays 30% of revenue to driver. Right that’s already around but what about a company that pays full benefits and get this lets the driver choose their own loads and work off a load board?? Omg he said what?! Yeah that’s right of course productivity would be evaulated to make sure the driver isn’t picking easy cheap loads but if he was then he’d be making less. Is there any companies like this already?
I have a great idea!!

There is a lot of landstar small fleets running that model...
And plus when somebody says they have a great idea , its usually a very bad ideaZVar, asphaltcowboy4x4, bryan21384 and 3 others Thank this. -
Bad idea. You start a Company, then let others decide what’s best for your Company. That’s as bad as my idea of starting a company with 4 or 5 co workers, running it like a co- op. Splitting profits. Just asking for problems. No matter how fair you are, Drivers still will complain, quit, and destroy your Company in the process.
