And plus when somebody says they have a great idea , its usually a very bad idea

 

Bad idea. You start a Company, then let others decide what’s best for your Company. That’s as bad as my idea of starting a company with 4 or 5 co workers, running it like a co- op. Splitting profits. Just asking for problems. No matter how fair you are, Drivers still will complain, quit, and destroy your Company in the process.

 

There's always someone that has a great idea.

But it's really no different then everyone else's great idea. It's the same shpeel.

And for some reason. They can't figure out that their great idea. Is really a BAD idea.

 

I totally agree. I personally dont blame companies that have forced dispatch sometimes. I mean, drivers get licenses and they forget that this is a business, and contributing to a business may mean a run to NYC, or in snow, or any adverse situation. It's not always peaches and many diva drivers try to make it that way.
