As the title say, I hit a truck at a truckstop when I was pulling out of a parking spot, some idiot parked ( not in a parking spot ) right in front us which made it a little tight to get out, so as I was pulling out I tried to swerve left a little bit and turn right so I'd have enough room on my right to make the turn, well... I guess I got too close to the truck parked on my left and the tail of my trailer hit his front bumper which ruined my day. I didn't get a ticket so I was wondering if they're gonna report it to Florida and put it on my record.

1- did you notify the driver of the truck you hit ???
2-did it damage his bumper ( knock it off , damage a light ? Etc etc )
3 - start taking a lot off pictures and fill out a statement from witnesses.
4 - don't say #### except the obvious ( ie- the bumper on the ground and your dot bumper is still on it ) .
    5- NOTIFY YOUR COMPANY !!!
...... do not hide it ( cameras are everywhere!!) , if you need a police report , you need a officer to come and write one.
A accident sucks , but a hit and run is worse.
And yes , 99% sure it will go on your record one way or another.

Yeah it happens. That tail swing is a booger.

Did you learn something from it?

A parking lot accident won't likely hit you MVR. If it is run through any insurance companies it will be on the insurance industry's database.
I hope you call your company right away and reported it

I would have woke that driver up and got him to move......I think you'll be fine. It will only go on the record your company is keeping on you.
