Ever try to break a car lease? Leave an apartment before the lease has been finished? Basically they stick it in your pooper for not fulfilling your end of the contract that you entered into and agreed to fulfill. It is also probably used as an incentive NOT to break the lease in the first place.

I think it's clearly obvious why he couldn't make it on the program.

Its $135wk for maintenance is generally what it is..+/- a bit depending on truck year...

So his $400 difference between his figure and SN in the maintenance fund means he spent $400 on the "lemon" in three months, which was probably a PM. I'd think he'd spent more like $4,000 in that time if it was lemon.

    How often do you PM?

That would tell me he did 10,000 miles a month. Pretty common garden type running.

He says he was running his ### off..well he sounds like he was one of thise clowns doing 75mph everywhere he went chasing $1mi loads...while choice is not as great as it was it's not bad to learn to self dispatch, many of those folks like him i saw constantly running like this and frankly they have no idea what theyre doing and i had many come up and ask questions and i was more than open to answer them and and basically all i was aksed was.."how many mile a week are you getting?"..my responses i really dont look at my miles i look at my rates they would walk away and not care what i had to say ..

I talked to a guy who works for dedicated fleet services in Charlotte awhile back and he said they recondition some Sni trucks with less than 5,000 miles on them. Some guys bail before the payments even start. Lol

What I saw in young man's video is someone that isn't really qualified to be an O/O. I think he'd an 'OK' employee at best, doing what is needed to get by, nothing more, and someone that would never take responsibility for his own actions.

    That's just what I saw.
