I Honestly Wish Each state would look really hard and start doing something about this-

Trucks destroying covered bridges- Driving Through Forest trails.. Tearing Down Buildings- Just doing things only the Braindead could accomplish.

I think the answer is going back to the way it used to be...

I remember doing that once at a place in Quincy, Massachusetts. I got this really nice sounding female on the phone. I asked for directions and she couldn't tell me how to get there. I reminded her she drives there to get to work, and she tells me she just knows where to turn but can't tell me road names or landmarks because she doesn't pay attention....
