I recently tipped my truck over in Virginia and had proof that Ryder did not fix the truck properly, so the judge reduced a failure to maintain control of the vehicle to a defective equipment w/ no points. Will any one hire me after this???

Keep a few copy of that Def. Eq. court case, so you can leave the co. you are interviewing with a copy of tic. without giving away your only copy of it?

I like to know too. If op knew it was defective before he left then he should have stayed till it got fixed.

Defective equipment would make Ryder liable for the accident. I would sue.

E-Break, Alignment Issues, and failure to change out a tire which was wore out.
