The title says it all. I’ve been at this company for 3 months. Mostly moving storage trailers that have no business being on the road.
Lapsed inspection stickers, inoperable trailer lights, air leaks, barn doors that won’t latch.
The kicker today was they wanted me to take a trailer with no license plate or registration across state lines.
My friends at two LTL carriers told me not to take anything defective because it’s my license and livelihood on the line, and to run from this place. Their CSA score is bad but they’re one of a few that’ll train new drivers.
Since it’s not going to improve I resigned on the spot.
Now I’m looking for a place with decent equipment. Any advice would help. Thanks

Can you get on with an LTL outfit that trains like Yellow? Can your friends put in a good word for you where they work? Good Luck, I don't blame you for getting away from the old employer.
