    I was actually sitting on the side picking up truckers who were looking for information on the snow conditions on the summits around here. Being that I am near the top of a mountain, I pick up a lot of trafic that those who are at the lower altitudes can't hear. I just happened to flip through 6 on am and it was a free for all. 38 LSB was also a beehive of traffic this morning.

    As soon as you hear any skip on 19, flip it to 38 LSB and you should hear something. It’s all up to atmospheric conditions. We are in a solar minimum right now so skip is kinda sparse, but it is there occasionally.

    Early mornings say from 8 am to noon and late afternoon maybe an hour or two before sunset
    ,to just after, are the best times.
