I took the permit violation Oregon, they missed the permit in the system.

    Hi guys, I’m a company driver. I talked to my boss, he saying we have the permit but today old lady gave me the $440 violation. $440 is not a big deal but I’m worrying about the license point system. Could you please let me know ?

    By the way, we have the permit but she didn’t see on computer.

    Ok so dont pay it. Data q it if you can? Im not sure if thats possible. If you can take it to court then do it if you are actually permitted , they will throw it out in 5 minutes.

    Yes we have permit but if i take the court I’m gonna spend a lot of day… I don’t want to do this because I’m living in Ma

    Or you could hire a lawyer for a lot less and have it dismissed. No points to worry about that way.
    Or maybe even call the court clerk and see if you can send in the registration and they dismiss it.
    Paying the fine is the worst of all possible options.

    Your boss man already pays a fortune for that permit. Why would he want to pay the fine when he is permitted?

    The ticket should not even concern you. It should be a ticket written for the company

    I working good dude. He pay me 0.70cpm and I make 3500 mile.

    and also I don’t have heavy expenses

    Well that is wrong. You have nothing to do with the permit if you are a company driver... Tell the boss man to hire a lawyer and take care of it. Unless he wants to pay 400 bucks for a bogus violation on top of the fortune hes paying for that permit. End of story.
