I've heard that people are making a killing hauling FRAC sand short distances in Shreveport LA. They don't have to abide by the HOS, so it's even better for the pockets. Some work 16 hours days, sleep for a few hours, then get right back to the $$$. Company drivers make up to $3500+/ and the Owner Ops pull in $6k.
