I was observed during Pre-Emp Urine test

Update.

I've talked to several drivers at my new company and all have said their urine test were in fact NOT observed as mine was. One guy I talked to just got hired couple weeks before me and I'm the only one that was observed.

Still haven't talked to the Boss about this as he's not around much he is in charge of all of South Texas and Louisiana so he's on the road a lot, but when I see him at our next safety meeting I'll let him know what happened.

It looks like the Clinic/collector went Rogue.

I have the receipt they gave me at the clinic and it is marked Observed.

I'm wondering if I could sue them as they clearly violated DOT rules and I was told it would be marked as a refusal if I didn't go along with it.
