Does anyone know a lemon Lawyer or Lawyer that can take my case? I bought a bad Kenworth T680 2019 in Dallas from a seller and as i was taking the truck to my Job, it developed a DPF problem and they ask me to take it to the nearest dealership, but they have been trying to repairs the problem 4 good times with no success and i have lost time and money. I have requested a refund or exchange from the Seller, they said no. Can someone advise me please. Thanks in Advance.

Lemon law does not apply to big trucks. You probably did not check that truck out properly - have dyno run with blow by test, oil analysis on all fluids, ECM dump and then have a good mechanic go over it with a critical eye.
Your only recourse, if you even have a recourse, would be to sue the seller.
Good luck to you. I hope this ends well for you.AsphaltFarmer, LoneRanger, Vampire and 5 others Thank this. -

Sorry mate. Had more or less the same thing happen to me even after multiple shops looked it over. You either didnt look close enough or missed something important same as.
So sadly you bought it you own it especially when sold AS-IS Best thing to do is either find a way to fix it if you can. And if you cant auction it for as much as you can. There is also the un mentionable third option but if you do that then good luck ever tradeing, selling or taking that truck anywhere that checks.
Out of curiosity was it MHC kenworth that sold you that truck? And im guessing the paccar PoS engine as well?Vampire, Siinman and Diesel Dave Thank this. -
The only state that has a Lemon Law on trucks is Wisconsin.
