    1 dead in fiery semi-truck crash on I-17 in north Phoenix

    I was rolling through there before they shut I17 down. Knew It was a fatality due to the 3rd truck destroyed and engulfed.

    Horrible scene. Prayers to the drivers family and the 1st responders.

    It's a media report. It could mean anything, the opposite, or nothing. Most truck drivers, even newbies, would not stop in a travel lane of a multi-lane highway just because the engine de-rated. Any story not about a celebrity are usually too complicated for most reporters to understand.
