    ...SNOW AND ICY CONDITIONS...

    .A strong cold front and upper level disturbance will support
    accumulating snow into tonight across portions of northeast
    Wyoming and far western South Dakota. Snow will continue through
    this afternoon and taper off from west to east this evening. One
    to four inches of wet slushy snow, is expected, with locally 5
    inches possible in the Black Hills. With temperatures quickly
    falling below freezing, roads may become icy, especially this
    evening.

    cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
    and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
