    where there is free monies, people will most certainly take advantage of that.

    i can only hope, they all get caught, and i think in time, they will. but what will the punishment be?

    pay it all back? good luck with that

    jail time? maybe if somehow it can be a federal crime, is federal monies were used to pay the claims.

    mostly just a slap on the wrist, and a stern scolding, "you naughty boy/girl don't you ever do that again".
