    Update on mine .
Haven't had any problems with it just maintenance .
I always run the reefer link which saves the batteries tho.
Heat is good to about zero and then it gets weak .
Does an excellent job of keeping the engine warm ! ...150 degrees in the morning all the time .
Tech support has been awesome and even got an answer to a ? On Xmas night .
Without the reefer link the engine heater will run about 50 hours ....engine heater with cab heat about 30 hours .
    On good batteries of course,
Overall I'm happy with it but it's no better than anything else other than maybe lower Maintenance costs and exceptional engine heating .
Over the Xmas cold snap my truck sat stone cold for 5 days at temps pushing minus 20 and the day before I left I switched it to cab and engine heat ...she fired up like it was 70 degrees .

Discovered a trick with mine .
In heat mode before you shut off the truck for the night turn off the front blower moter and crank down the front thermostat to cold preventing coolant flow to the front heater core .
The heater core in my sleeper pours hot air now at 8 degrees and can actually get it hot in here .
My guess is when it gets really cold the coolant heater can't keep up with the engine and 2 heater cores .

Farmerbob1, Tug Toy and 25(2)+2 Thank this.
